S. S. Chhatwal & Co. Wins Rs 343.51 Cr Maharashtra Mining Deal

S. S. Chhatwal & Co. (Contractors) has secured a major mining contract valued at Rs 343.51 crore in Maharashtra.

Awarded within the Wani Area, the project encompasses end-to-end excavation and removal operations across all strata types, including hard overburden (OB), at the Bellora Naigaon Deep Open Cast Mine (OCM). Scheduled for a duration of under three years, the contractor's scope of work covers comprehensive on-site execution, including specialized drilling and systematic material extraction.

This strategic initiative is designed to streamline large-scale material handling, optimize extraction workflows, and substantially boost overall operational efficiency at the deep open cast facility.
